The checksum file contains the package's SHA-256 checksum and filename. Open a terminal in the download directory and replace `` with the downloaded filename. Calculate the package's SHA-256 checksum with the command for your operating system: LinuxmacOSWindows PowerShell ```` sha256sum "" ```` ```` shasum -a 256 "" ```` ```` Get-FileHash -Algorithm SHA256 -Path "" ```` The calculated checksum must match the value in the checksum file; letter case does not matter. If the values differ, download the package again and repeat the check.
